D'oh. It's released under a "Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 United States License". Which as far as I can tell isn't allowed even under the new rules :( I might get in touch with the PureMVC people and see if they would be interested in dual licensing it but if anyone from ebay is still monitoring this it'd be great if they could allow that license too...
